Story
David Meyers was born in Bigfork, Montana and has spent his life exploring all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
I have been fortunate to live a life of adventure. Most of my time off has been spent searching for the deepest snow, kayaking hard whitewater or bagging that next peak. I try and chase that feeling of stoke you get after you style a line or see your buddy stomp a landing. That emotion was been my drive to create BetaHouse. I want to provide that feeling of stoke to everyone. Outside of the Pacific Northwest, I have worked in and explored places such as Alaska, Antarctica, Europe, Asia, Central and South America. Through these adventures, I have come to realized that a well-formed plan in all stages of the journey is crucial.
In the outdoor sports world, ‘beta’ comes from climbing and kayaking lingo. When you share information on a route or a river, we call it giving Beta. With BetaHouse, my goal is to understand your ambition, architect an adventure, then provide you with the gear and insight needed to create an experience of a lifetime.
Contact us to arrange your trip’s logistics and use our beta to style your vacation. We invite you to explore Montana in a smart, sustainable way that preserves access to our wilderness for generations to come.
